Maqui Berry Ice Cream

Serving for 4 to 5 people


  • 3 cups of frozen berries
  • 3 cups of natural yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of Maquiberry
  • Sweetener or sugar to taste


Combine the frozen fruit with yogurt and the antioxidant Maquiberry in a food processor, grind until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.

You can distribute the mixture into popsicle molds, cover with plastic wrap, and insert the popsicle stick for easy consumption.

Place the popsicles in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

*If you don’t have molds, you can use a large container with a lid and pour in the mixture. Just remove the ice cream from the freezer 10 minutes before consuming so that you can easily serve it.
