Maquiberry Sorbet

Servers: 8 people


  • 1 can of evaporated milk (400g), refrigerated for at least 24 hours.
  • 1 can of condensed milk (400g).
  • ¾ cup of fresh lemon juice (strain the cells).
  • -1 tablespoon of Nativ for Life maquiberry powder
  • Decoration
  • 200g of berries
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar-free strawberry jam
  • Strawberries and chocolate for decoration
  • Mix lemon juice with maquiberry powder. Set aside.

Whip the evaporated milk at maximum speed until it has doubled in volume and thickened. Reduce the speed, add the condensed milk in a thin stream, and the lemon juice with maquiberry, beat until integrated. Place in a bowl or glasses, refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Chop the berries, cook them with the jam until the strawberries are soft. Let it cool and decorate on top of the dessert.

You can add 7g of unsweetened gelatin powder if the dessert will be at room temperature.
