Protein Granola by Nativ

If you want to increase the intake of plant-based proteins in your diet, we present you with this Nativ granola, specially crafted to boost your protein intake during breakfast. This way, you’ll kickstart your day with plenty of energy.


  • 400 g of instant oats (1 cup)
  • 1 doypack of hemp protein
  • 2 cups of pitted dried dates or 2 cups of honey
  • 1 cup of walnuts
  • 1 cup of hazelnuts
  • ¾ cup of pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup of Nativ for Life maquiberry
  • Date caramel


Date Caramel: Soak the dates in boiling water and let them rest for 20 minutes.

Then, grind them in a food processor until you achieve a light paste, similar to caramel.

Granola: Preheat the oven to 180° C.  On a cutting board, chop the hazelnuts and walnuts into small pieces.

In a bowl, thoroughly mix the instant oats with hemp protein. Coat the oats and hemp protein with the date caramel. Use a spatula to mix until everything is covered in this caramel.

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. You can use parchment paper. Stir the granola occasionally.

Remove from the oven and let it cool. Once cool, add the hazelnuts, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and cranberries.
